Established in 2002, Heritage Will Writers are East Anglia and the South East’s leading dedicated Will writing service, servicing tens of thousands of clients. In addition to writing Wills, we offer Lasting Power of Attorney, a full probate service, Property Protection Trusts, a Client Care Package which includes secure document storage and we can also help with Inheritance Tax and other trust enquiries and property ownership changes.
We offer Free Home Visits and evening appointments. Also, we offer a drop in surgery on a Monday morning 9am-1pm where you can ask any questions and arrange a appointment.
In 2018 Heritage Will Writers were awarded “Regional Will Writers of the Year” at the inaugural Wills and probate Awards and in March 2019 were awarded “Will Writing Organisation of the Year” at the National Paralegal Awards.
